  • All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if we detect issues such as incorrect pricing, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.

🔹 3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in INR (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • Payments can be made via UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, or Cash on Delivery (COD).

  • In case of payment failure, no order will be confirmed. If payment is deducted but the order isn’t confirmed, it will be automatically refunded within 5–7 working days.

🔹 4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days and delivered within 4–8 business days, depending on your location.

  • Delivery times are estimates only; delays may occur due to courier or weather conditions.

🔹 5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

  • Products must be unused and in original packaging.

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days after inspection.

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipment only.

  • Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.

  • If we cancel your order due to stock or payment issues, you’ll receive a full refund.

Reproducing, copying, or distributing any material without written permission is strictly prohibited.

FROSTEN shall not be held responsible for:

  • Errors caused by incorrect customer information provided at checkout.
